Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in-stock orders and to receive confirmation of order shipment. If you order something on pre-order we will email you as soon as we have an exact date for shipment as well as when your package is processed.
Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Should your package bounce back from customs we are not liable for the fees.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, tracking will be provided always.
Refund policy & Return Policy
Swimwear Bottoms are FINAL sale due to sanitary reasons.
Return Period: Customers have 15 consecutive days after delivery to process a return.
Store Credit: Exchanges are not available, and all returns will be processed for store credit.
Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are FINAL.
Item Condition: Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners/tags intact, and no signs of wear or wash. Please, no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Merchandise must be in the original condition you received. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines.
Processing a Return
Please note that every piece is hand dyed and hand cut; therefore, patterns are not identical on each piece.
Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.
